Interwell is part of the Energy Transition and will continue to utilize the extensive experience based on securing and sealing of wells for the energy industry. We strongly believe that old and new wells will play an important role for Gas storage, CO2 storage, Aquifer Energy storage and geothermal applications
It is critical that well integrity is kept in place during the lifetime of the well. Interwell products and solutions developed over the decades to solve the challenges in petroleum wells is transferable to the emerging renewable markets.
We have experience in serving customers in the CO2 storage segment, particularly in the Norwegian fields Snøhvit and Sleipner. Well repairs can be done with our Straddle Solutions.
